- Full attendance and active participation in all sessions (one out of ten can be missed) November 2011-April 2012.
- Attendance in training seminar in Upstate NY
- $100 Registration fee for 3-day orientation seminar and all Fellowship materials.
Participation is contingent on a competitive interview process. Open for young adults from a Russian-speaking Jewish background, between the ages of 25 and 40.
